Instead, it will review artist profiles to identify those whose public identity\u2014that is, the identity an artist displays on their profile, including their name and images\u2014appears to represent a photorealistic, AI-generated identity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The platform will begin with artists who have reached certain audience levels, so that these labels encompass the vast majority of artist profiles visited by users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In profiles where Spotify&#8217;s review team has applied the label, artists will be notified and given the opportunity to identify themselves as &#8220;AI Persona&#8221; or file an appeal, the company explains, which will also give listeners the ability to report artist profiles they believe represent &#8220;AI Personas&#8221;.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>File\/EFE\/EPA\/RITCHIE B.
